1. Clothing Category:

Products in the clothing category are not eligible for return without a valid reason.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

2. Gift and Customized Products:

Once customization is completed for customized gifts, gift packages, or Nikahnama designs, order cancellation will require payment for the custom printing cost.

Refunds or returns for customized products are generally not applicable, but exceptions may be considered at our team’s discretion.

Refund Process:

If a return is approved, the customer must bear the delivery charge.

The refund process will be completed within 1-2 business days.

Important Note:

The color or texture of the product may slightly vary from the images due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography effects.

Refunds or returns are not accepted solely for minor differences between the actual product and its images unless there is a significant quality issue.

কাপড় ক্যাটাগরির পণ্য কোনো উল্লেখযোগ্য কারণ ছাড়া ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমের সাথে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন।

২. গিফট ও কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য:

কাস্টমাইজড গিফট, গিফট প্যাকেজ ও নিকাহনামা ডিজাইন কাস্টমাইজেশন সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করলে কাস্টম প্রিন্টিং খরচ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

কাস্টমাইজড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন সাধারণত প্রযোজ্য নয়, তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে আমাদের টিম সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:

বৈধ রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ১-২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য:

ক্যামেরা ধারণকৃত ছবির সাথে পণ্যের কিছুটা রঙ বা টেক্সচারের ভিন্নতা দেখা দিতে পারে। এটি আলোর প্রভাব, স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশন বা ফটোগ্রাফির কারণে হতে পারে।

✅ গুণগত মানের কোনো উল্লেখযোগ্য সমস্যা ছাড়া শুধুমাত্র ছবির সাথে বাস্তব পণ্যের হালকা পার্থক্যের জন্য রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
